Kathy specializes in executive compensation/benefits and business solutions with estate planning in mind – including life insurance, retirement planning, exit strategies, group benefits and wealth transfer.  She always put my clients’ financial needs first.

FINANCIAL EXPERIENCE: Over 30 years of Wall Street experience in the financial industry
CORPORATE ACHIEVEMENTS:  Helped with IPOs on the NYSE, NASDAQ, AMEX, and TSX exchanges.
SALES (Buy-Side): Improved coverage of Buy-Side Analysts 60 – 80 % with some companies.  Improved holdings by Institutional shareholders 60 – 80 % in same time-period. Institutions included firms such as: Fidelity, Mass Mutual, Boston Co, Invesco, Oppenheimer, Citi, etc.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT: Grew Assets and placed in listed shell public company with quick liquidity event.  Value added on the front end of properties (especially oil and gas deals) for greater multiples and leveraging the project.

Kathy is a board member of the DFW National Investor Relations Institute, The Women’s Energy Network of North Texas, the Institute of Managerial Accountants and serves on the business development team for the Greater Dallas Alzheimer’s Association.  She belongs to the Financial Executives Networking Group.  She holds many positions for the Financial Executive International Organization (serving as an Ambassador for the Dallas Chapter; serving on the Dallas Membership Committee; serving on the FEI Veterans Transition Group committee and serving on the Steering Committee for the FEI Manufacturing/Distribution SIG Group.  She is a member of NAIFA and MDRT®.

Kathy is avid outdoors woman, she enjoys mountain biking, hiking, scuba diving (with sharks) and nature in general.

Kathy is a single mother.  Her son lives in San Antonio where he works with EOG Resources.
