► FINANCIAL PLANNING: Over 13 years’ experience as a CFO with over 25 years as corporate controller. Achieved growth in a manufacturing, financial services, equipment sales & service, dental and medical support.

► SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATIONS: Created and implemented innovative technical ERP systems in the printing industry that lead to increased revenue and profitability while providing support for ISO 9002 certification. She also lead 7 other system implementations/conversions to provide clarity to data and decision making. All of which saved time and money in several areas of the entities she was serving.

► SALES & EXPENSE CONTROL: Improved sales by 22% by developing new data models and ways to look at the printing business. She negotiated purchase contracts to include supplies, insurance, benefits, and leases saving her employers hundreds of thousands of dollars..

► BUILDING GROUND UP ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENTS: Janet has stood up several accounting departments over her career by first learning the business, establishing accounting processes and policies and hiring and developing team members.

Janet is active in the community serving as President of Empowering Women as Leaders, an organization whose mission is to provide scholarship funds and mentors to non-traditional women students. Janet is married to Randy and they have five children and five grandchildren.
