ā–ŗ DEBT RESTRUCTURING / PROFIT IMPROVEMENT / TURNAROUND: Took multiple real estate partnerships through the bankruptcy process in the 2008 R/E crisis emerging on the other side and successfully exited the partnerships without personal loss.Ā  Restructured several loans yielding better terms allowing for better cash flow.
