FINANCIAL PLANNING: CFO, COO, Consulting Team Lead – of 3 public companies – $1M to $100M includingAlternative Energy, Broadband, Energy and Retail.

MERGERS & ACQUISITIONS: Led 4 reverse mergers into the public markets. Developed and raised over $75M inseasoned offerings. Successfully developed exit strategy for Tech company.

FINANCE & TREASURY: Developed accounting teams and implemented risk controls to protect corporate assets.

SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATION: Researched and implemented POS and accounting systems for companies bring severalfrom localized systems to cloud based, low risk systems for better control and ease of work across multiplelocations.

SALES and EXPENSE CONTROL: Brought in by outside investment banking company to analyze portfolio companies.Ran collections on long outstanding A/P gaining longterm paying customers while reducing outstanding payments.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT: Built and maintain websites for over 10 clients driving sales through SEO and onlinemarketing. Networking and relationship building created key clients for 2 businesses whereby revenues increasedover 50%.

Taber serves as Volunteer Coordinator at his church. He is also very active in his kids’ schools in Dallas ISD. Taber is President of Mockingbird Dads Club. He loves coaching baseball for his son and toting his daughter to gymnastics, cheer and dance every week. Taber and his wife of 20 years, Elizabeth, live in the M-Streets in Dallas and she is a Pediatric Plastics PA at UTSW/Children'sHealth Dallas.
